Fraguzz...
Short answer is NO..

Bolt it up..and enjoy 2.0.

Sell the parts..and keep money in pocket for fuel.

Go test drive a 2.3 with normal sized turbo and see how it just does not make more power, it makes more midrange torque....
But that torque costs a lot, lots of money.
It's not better, its different, but the 2.0 with HKS is so sweet..that to find that sweetness in 2.3 may be impossible.

I have not found it, and I had 3076, HKS, BBK-B, and 8374...nothing matches 2.0+HKS for factory smooth beautiful feel ..none.

Can I just add, it's probably not advisable to run the HKS on 'stock' internals. In the UK it's a ~460bhp turbo. With engines getting older by the day and adding such a strain on the mechanical parts I and most would advise to at least swap the rods on an earlier model to fully benefit from the HKS turbo.

I'm not saying it can't be added to the stock engine, I'm just saying the risk starts to overcome the reward. But if you're a gambling man...

The way how to realistically sum it up.

Could you afford to have the engine rebuilt IF the worst was the happen?

If you could and want to run that risk simple bolt it to your stock engine.

IF you wasn't looking for large ££,£££ bills, simply start upgrading the weaker parts of the engine to fully enjoy the HKS turbo.

I've said many times this week but it comes down to RISK vs REWARD

Sounds like with some of your comments... you have lost the plot, your head is probably ready to explode with 30 or more different opinions, and a week later you're still no nearer an answer.

Wouldn't it be better to go to a representable/recommended tuner and talk through what you're after and and what you can spend, and he will probably come up with a couple of options.
You know "the old way" actually go and chat face to face with a real person, instead of tapping away on a bl--dy keyboard to other randoms tapping away with a multitude of jargon....remember its your money at the end of the day.
