Hi , You can use the GSR with no problems .
You will need . The RS diff,RS shafts,Rs front and rear brackets,RS diff wings.
You can run with no pump but the ACD will run open diff ..

Just to clarify, im wanting to put a e8 rs diff into my e5. From what I understand I need the rs diff assembly, rs axles and some kind of mounts? I'm told I can also use my e5 gsr propshaft. Though it may be a little short.

You can use the GSR prop as i have many times . You need the Front and rear mounts for the RS diff.
But you can get it to fit using the GSR front mount and wings if you cant get the RS front , It's a bit more of a job to fit but it does .

Hi,

Can I ask about gear ratios? Because e6 gsr rear diff ratio is 3.312 and all rs diffs are 3.307. So is it ok to just swap the rear diffs ? Different ratios did not make issue ?

Hi, never had a problem at all. I've fitted lots and hill climbed and sprinted my own with the rear diff from GSR to RS.
