What fuel set up is needed for 600-700hp?

As above what fuel set up for 600-700hp currently running id1000 injectors 2 aeromotive 340lph fuel pumps -8 feed line aeromotive fuel rail and reg.

When is a external 044 required

Currently running 605hp but going for more and going to do some track days so not sure if the current spec will be ok

You may have headroom yet .
I have just one bosch 044 but fed from a fuel cell and were looking about 700-750 hp
Oh and I have id 2000 cc injectors .

Ok thanks have seen on here there have been a few probs with aeromotive pumps. Think a 044 may be a option purely for piece of mind tbh.

Will I require a swirl pot for 044 external pump?

One Bosch is not enough for 700hp.

Use a walbro or equivalent lift pump and put an 044 in-line that should be plenty

Are you sure, a walbro on its own is good for just over 500 so adding the bosch should create a fair bit on top.

This is what I have .Atec mount with a pair of bosch 044 and a filter up top.
Dash 8 feed line and a dash 6 return.
All pushing to ID 2000cc injectors .
