Thumbs up I won't be taking my Evo anywhere else

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Dave, Ady and Matt at M.G Autosport

I lost power on my Evo X 300 SST on 18 December, in a big way.
After taking it to a local mechanic he gave me the worst news I could get, the turbo had seized

After getting quotes from several places I was looking at a bill of £3200 all in for a fitted Turbo.

I called Dave at MG and he said he could do it for £2300. Not only that but they promised to get it done before Christmas. 'BONUS'.

It turned out that the Turbo had failed in a REALLY big way, (perhaps you can put some photo's up Dave ?) The exhaust back box had disintegrated, blocking it. The pressure and heat build up knackered the Turbo and Manifold, and I needed a cat back exhaust fitted too. I am no mechanic so I am sure there are lots of more technical reasons behind this.

The benefit of MG is that they have spares 'lying' around and helped me out no end on the price. All the work ended up costing me £3200 but elsewhere would have hit the £6k mark. I limped the car up there on Saturday 20th December and true to their word, despite the extra work, picked it up on the 23rd.

I have had the car for 4.5 years and it now has 92k on the clock and I can honestly say it runs better now than it has for a long, long time.

My car won't be going anywhere other than MG Autosport from now on, these guys are enthusiasts, not just mechanics, and truly look after you.

Huge thanks guys from a very happy, (but very poor) customer.

Martin.
