I’m totally expecting to get flamed for this but I bought an oil cooler kit on ebay brand new for £85 with the braided hoses and a selection of AN fittings from China/Japan, and it’s been on for ages, fast Road and track days and it’s never even seeped let alone leaked.

Fast forward to modern times and you get talking to people and if you delve deep, you find a lot of big names buy the same, put their sticker on and enjoy the mark up!

Thanks mate, Oh really, I always get worried with things being cheap in comparison to other products, Quite a crucial part of my new build and I get paranoid in case a cheaper part fails and Iíve ruined a full fresh rebuild. But yours has had no issues?

Ha ha, I probably shouldn't post while drunk, it wasn't a dig at HEL, they are fantastic products, just more a general observation that a lot of things seem to be manufactured over there and appear the same item with a brand name over here, not always car parts, tools, electrical items etc.

I'm getting an Oil Cooler from Radtec next, as they very good quality and down the round from me, but have to sort lines out etc.
