Mistsubishi Lancer Evo 8 FQ400 - Ex-Britcar 24 Low Mileage Road Legal Race Car

Welcome to my advert for a Genuine Mitsubishi Evo VIII FQ400 fully prepped championship winning race car.

This car was bought brand new by a sussecfull Britcar24 team that fully converted it for racing which included stripping it to a bare shell, seam welded and fully caged and built back up from there and spent its life on the track competting in Britcar24, then purchased by Simon Deaton (AKA Scrapman) and ran in UK Time Attack and other events. Was then Sold up to Scotland which it then competed in SMRC for approx 3-4 years and won the championship. This is a well sorted car which has been proven to win races and not just a normal track car set-up.

This car has been on the hands of a few motorsport enthusiast over the last few years and has been fully converted into a very competitive Race Car (Also road legal) before the current owner (Good friend) it was competing in the Scottish Race series SMRC at Knockhill for approx 5 years also within that time it won the championship in 2015 with Ian Donaldson behind the wheel. The car is capable of doing 52/53s round Knockhill easily with the right driver behind the wheel.

The car has been looked after a built by some of the best Evo tuning company’s in its transformation from a road going car to the current build including NR Autosport & GSR Racing and has had the best part of £60k spent on the car by the current and previous owner and always fitted with the best parts when needed and if anything was needed the car got the parts.

The car has a genuine 9k mile on the clock which has mostly been track mileage from the previous owners.

The car has not long been picked back up from being at GSR for some general maintenance work and refresh of the Engine including a new cylinder head, new turbo and gearbox refresh.
