Annual Festive Dyno Day

Hi All,

Just had an email from Dynotech in Ripley. Please contact them direct if you are interested.

Annual "Festive Dyno Day" on Saturday 25th November, starting at 9am. The prices will be £30 if you book and pay for your space by phone, or £40 on the day. [Same prices for both 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive]

No minimum number on this occasion.

There will be food and drinks as usual.

Location:

AUTOTECH / DYNOTECH
53 Nottingham Road, Ripley,
Derbyshire, DE5 3AS

Phone: 01773 741230

If this against MLR rules please delete as I am not the organiser. I am only sharing information i received via an email and thought some members may be interested. May be worth MLR Admins contacting them to see if they wish to be a added to trader list?

Nas

Made it out to this! Despite the rain it was a good day

Wash tomorrow and then tucked away for winter.

A mate of mine went in his m135 and said they couldnít secure the car , the back end was skipping around. He came away very disappointed as he didnít get much of an explanation.

One of the lads at indigo gt has one of those M135s, some machine, Im guessing they had no problem mapping it on the dyno

Yeah proper sleeper cars, he was just curious to find out the power as it was only down the road to him,it’s never been on the rollers before but apparently they are a bit tricky to get a good run out of them. I think he’s going to take it to a bmw specialist tuner in Sunderland.

Like wise mate , he did say he spoke to you .
Heís since found out that the car needs to be run in 6th gear as itís an 8 speed box and also needs to be put into Dyno mode which is deep in the secret settings menu.

Or run on a linked dyno like ours
Here's an M4 we ran a couple of weeks ago:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1bbA-v_ScM
Then there is no need to put into dyno mode as car thinks it is on the street...
