You see some of the prices of 40 - 50k for low mile 6's, not sure if that sort of price is realistic but it's what the dealers are asking.

40 - 50 k for a standard evo they must be smoking something

I'm sorry but the evo world has gone mad , they are not rare enough to warrant these prices but if people are stupid enough to pay the prices more fool them.

Let's see what happens when the parts to repair all these so called mint cars get tripled

Isn't that what happened with inergrale, cossies etc...?
Ant just sold TME RS for £28k !!

I'm the same though can't believe what's happened and what some people are prepared to pay, but it's happening

For me I've been thinking what can I replace the Evo with to do the odd hill climb competivly etc... and I can't think of anything sub £100k ?!

So I can see why just that alone would drive prices up

Like it or not guys prices are going up, people are paying top money for good rare, low miles examples, and rightly so.

Then again everything Japanese has gone crazy

Nice one Steve. Saw this on Pistonheads and thought it looked a good car for the money. Get her modded and thrash the pants of it!

PS - Underside looks clean but I would be tempted to tackle that light surface rust and make it mint underneath on a car like that.

Stage 1 doesn't make it competitive though, I need at least 450bhp in my life

What's the plan with underside? Full paint?

Assuming then it currently has the rs brakes and aftermarket suspension?

No mate, I'm not 100% but just a clean up a little protection ( the guy who viewed it for me said it's not a big job to do ) , he's doing a full restoration on his red TME full paint and everything brand new !! I will leave the under seal off though

Yes gravel brakes and some rock solid jap ohlins
