Original tommi makinen wheels wanted. Any condition

Hi. I'm looking for a set of wheels for my evo 6 tommi makinen.
The car is currently sat on a set of 5 spoke enkei wrc tarmac wheels which I would be willing to p/x or just buy an original set.
Condition is not an issue and I would like them at a reasonable price as some people are asking ridiculous money.
Thanks jamie

Anything tme related seats wheels etc have gone expensive buddy.

But I guess it depends how the wheels come as I just recently bought spake Evo x for £450 and by the time I’ve powercoated them/refurbed stuck some decent rubber on them before I knew it I was at 1400

I've got a set there with really good Avon tyres but I'd want £1250 for them

I'm not expecting them to be cheap but good luck with 1250......

People can say there worth that all day long but someone has to actually buy them to be worth that.

It's the same as cars. I've just got rid of my impreza P1 to get my tommi makinen and the same cars were advertised for top money but none of them have sold and are still for sale now

BTW you can pick original p1 wheels up for around 600 - 800 depending on condition. That's what sort of money I was expecting to pay......

It was 'a tongue in cheek comment' but yes, I totally agree with you. It's a supply and demand issue now so unless you have a lucky find that's going to be a hard task to achieve what you want within your budget.
Prices on most sports cars & accessories will rise now but then probably drop back at the end of Autumn, keep looking but be prepared to wait, that's going to be your best option. Best of luck with your search

£1,995 on eBay no point entering the tme evo world if you don’t want to pay high prices
