That was my plan moh. If in first and stationary it will be active. I'll have an override but it will be on most the time

Any more feedback on these?

I've been thinking of getting one because I do like a launch but never launch hard for fear of destroying the AYC diff.

What more feedback do you need, they work

Fair enough, so I can fit this instead of an RS diff to take launches? Doesn't it put more strain on the clutch as it is effectively slipping it a bit more?

Sorry if I'm asking silly questions.

The RS diff is still a stronger unit, the drivetrain still needs to be able to cope with whatever torque your engine is throwing at it.

What the Magnus launch device does it take out the shock loading of be drivetrain by slipping the clutch for a longer period of time.

I managed over 25 drag launches on a 5 speed and RS diff with over 900hp/600ftlb's and drag slicks with no breakages so it definitely helps.

After speaking to madmac I'm interested in one of these. What all would I need to fit it up?

You just need a momentary switch to activate it and mount on the steering wheel then also a clutch line to suit this inline. We only have one left now though as since I bumped it the others have sold!

Sorry I missed this. No we don't stock the hose but HEL could make one for you I'm sure. It depends where you mount the device as to how long the hose needs to be. This is why we don't stock them. Sorry.
