Decided to give the old shocks a clean up and had a proper look. I was mistaken, there aren't any screws to undo as with many adjustable top mounts. Instead it looks as though it's a retaining collar that needs to be unscrewed, much like a watch back.
If I get 20 mins I might have a go out of curiosity
That's what mine look like when I stick my head up the wheel arch. I've got a new bearing from Coordsport. Just need some motivation to get it apart and fitted.
Looking at it, I think there's only the inner part of the bearing rather than a full rose joint. Think you'll need to make a tool up, maybe some 2mm steel and 4x m4 bolts would do it.
Not quite the same solution, I've bought just the bearing.
