Renewed Membership - Problem

Decided to purchase another year of MLR membership.
I bought via the evoshop but it hasn't linked to my account

Is there an admin here that can help me out please?

I've filled out the form yesterday after purchasing but haven't had a response yet ( i understand its only 24hrs)

but if i can get it sorted by doing this that be great help. cheers

Mine took over a day which was very slow going on previous years.

I would like to report the same problem. I paid a week ago on Saturday and received my membership pack and noticed on the membership card my name was Mandie not Mondie. Guess that could be the issue?

update: still no membership but I have received an email regarding the issue. hope they'll instate the membership from the date they sort it not date purchased.

its ice they've changed to the evoshop. would be easier if you could input your user details.

instead its like purchasing an item to be posted

Renewed on 14th october, 1 day after I expired. Showing I'm a member but date not updated ect in my membership area?

I couldn't tie up your order with a username, and sent you an email on 16 October to enquire - hope you received it ok, but I've not seen a reply from you. All sorted now though and sorry for the delay.

James, emails are failing at the moment (teething problems), but I will let Darin know that you have replied with a question. He is away from the office at the moment, but I am sure he will reply as soon as he is able.
