Why don't you obtain the correct torque figures from the Manual?

I was told by a well respected trader standard steel wheel nuts should be

100 nm road
110 nm track

As a general guideline

Exactly, and why couldn't the OP have done the same?

Oh, too much effort, much easier to get others to make the effort for you.

To be fair, the OP had the right number all along, so was really just looking for confirmation. A single reply saying "yes" would have been thread done and sorted!!

Now I've made it into 11 posts long

The manuals are on the home page, all members have access to them.

Well every day is a school day, as they say.

I've been a member here for over 10 years and never knew that

EDIT: Well, well. After all this time I never spotted that, in my defence I always come straight on the forum - just downloaded the 5 manual, brilliant.

Some people don't have access to them I am afraid.. I am old school, I have work laptop and do not own a PC and have not for over 10 years... So I can not open the manual....

I had to ask the same question about 6 weeks ago, but instead I asked a friend rather than posting on here to get abuse for "simple" questions...

If its a stupid question, why reply!

I got 108 as a figure so I know where it came from now!
