Bump Stops

Recently had my Bilsteins refurbished as both fronts were knocking.

While having them refurbished I requested the mechanic fit my Tein sprint also.

The clunk from the front drivers side is still there (specifically when going around a left hander on an uneven surface). Had a look at the strut and can see the bump stops all but disintegrated

Could this be a cause of (or be contributing to) the clunk I'm hearing?

Either way, the bump stops will need to be replaced : is there a guide to cutting size for the bump stops with Tein springs?
