The new forged monoblocks are a great setup for the money. I have the 8 pot fronts on 356mm and 4 pot 330mm rears. Cant fault them. Solid pedal feel, good power, plus the brake pads are much bigger than oem.

Id also upgrade the rears or it will throw the bias out and be skittish under heavy braking.

Bias will not happen or didn't happen on my car with Alcons on the front and brembo on the rear but with race pads and don't get rear end bias.

You wont get rear end bias, you'll have too much on the front, so the rear can go light under heavy braking as the brakes aren't helping the back end squat down with the weight transfer....which is what I meant.

It's generally a good idea to have piston sizes matched. With some simple maths, you can work out the piston sizes required to achieve the right balance.

Where did you get them from? I'm assuming the 356mm dont fit under 17's. I've got the old design D2 front and rear now and by the time I've got new discs and rebuilt them I may as well just buy new. Where did you get them from as a lot of the places show the old design still?

I have them with 18s. I wanted hard anodised black with black logos but couldn't be arsed waiting to special order them and these came up at an unbeatable price.

Going to have to go and put the kettle on now, been a bit too helpful today.
