Do you plan on refurbing the calipers? That'll make a fair difference, mine are in the same state but don't have the time to do it.

Definitely! I see a lot of people recommending Ian Godspeed for the Brembo rebuilds, so I may see how much it will cost for a full refurb of the calipers! As for discs, I will replace them soon enough with some nice new ones, maybe drilled or slotted if I plan on doing many track days!

Yeah, I like EBC stuff, I have had it on other cars in the past and it performs well! Cheers for the tips!

Haha, they are getting dipped & blasted soon to remove all the paint etc so I can repaint them, then after that they will never be left to get in such a state again!

Nice vll mate just going on one of your posts are you from Newcastle ?? and nowt wrong with a corsa my mrs drives a 2001 corsa good for knocking around in

You should probably do a bit of searching on how EBC stuff is rated on EVOs before shelling out - there's been a fair few horror stories on here.

I haven't really looked into it yet, but thanks for the heads up, we used to run Red Stuff on an old Porsche 924 race car we had, and it was pretty damn impressive compared to some other brands we tried!

Loving yours at the moment, its back on a rise again which is always good news for any Evo, especially the best ones (VII's) I am going to do some research tonight haha! Everyone seems to be rating them!

There is a few of us guys mine is off the road at the moment its going away on the 29th of this month for its over haul long story lol but once its all sorted out I be out and about there is some times a heart side meet and a few other meets some you got to travel but I don't mind that

Sounds good, definitely have to try and get down once I've got the car back home! Yeah driving doesn't fuss me, I have already done 12,000 miles this year That's in a van too lol, so an Evo will be much more exciting!
