2003 Evo VII

Hi everyone.

I am considering selling my 2003 Evo VII. I guess I'm really looking to see if there is interest in the car and I've almost made up my mind to go for a 2014/2015 CLA45 AMG or an early 2008 Evo X FQ300 SST

Was imported from Japan by myself in 2016 and I have owned the car since.

Colour: Queens silver
Miles: under 100,000
Location: Dublin, southern Ireland

The car came in as a GT-A (automatic) but the wave spring went and it was converted to manual in 2017.

Has never been tracked and has been on a dyno once. Made bad power 240bhp and 227lbs as the car was on std exhaust and need a fuel pump.

Have changed the exhaust to a 3" scorpion downpipe, decat and HKS Hi Flow silent cat back (full 3" straight through) and replaced the fuel pump with a Walbro 255 (from Ross Sport) - bear in mind this is a smaller turbo with a 9.0 hotside which spools up fairly quick. Turbo has been checked by JG Motorsport (local tuner) and is found to be in good health. I had not had the chance to re-dyno. Can do this in September.

K9 alarm with 2 key fobs.

Evo IX rear bumper.

Initially a V RS box put in it but the gearing was too short for me so changed to a VII GSR box. The clutch and flywheel was changed in November 2018 to an RTS Performance Organic 3pc Clutch and flywheel (purchased from Ross Sport in Sept 2018.) Car has done just under 10,00km/6,000miles since been fitted.

Car has (relatively new) coil packs, leads and plugs (within the last 12 months - of which the car has been on a ramp for 3 months)

New HEL brakelines and pads.

Tomei gear knob.

New (less than 400km) Michelin PS4's on Works Emotion Kai 17' wheels (powdercoated dark grey).

Reconditioned AYC/ACD pump.

Recent work (over the last 7-12 weeks):

1. Front shocks (brand new Bilstein B6's)/New rear Bilstein B6's on Tein springs
2. New TopMounts
3. New bumpstops
4. New dust covers
5. New Superpro ARB bushings
6. New Superpro adjustable droplinks
7. New Superpro steering rack bushing
8. New Superpro Roll Centre Adjusting Front Ball Joint Kit
9. New Powerflex lower engine mount (and bolt at the bolt that was there was ever so slightly too small)
10. New Powerflex upper engine mount
11. Full Energy Suspension Hyperflex poly bush kit (front and rear)
12. New inner rods and outer rod (ends)

Have a few spares that will go with the car (airboxes (1 std and 1 with the cut out modification), 2 sets of rear lights and 1 set of front lights, AYC fluid reservoir, original seats (VII Recaro's in the car), spare clocks (auto clocks), wing mirrors, spare (original low spoiler) boot lid - will need a repaint as it has been in the shed since 2016).

Bad points:

The paintwork will need a clean/correction
There is surface rust under the rear and the chassis legs will need work (will be having this address in the next month)
Paint bubbling over the rear offside wheel arch (shopping trolley was bashed into the wheel arch)
Rear passenger window reg gone (have a replacement - will probably fit next month also)

There are probably a few more bits I have forgotten.

As said, gauging if there is interest in this of if anyone with an early 2008 Evo X FQ300 SST or a 2014/2015 CLA45 AMG is interested in a P/X with money their way I am open to this also.

Will get better pictures next week.

Any questions just ask.

£11,000

My number (+353) 899801943 (can WhatsApp more pictures)

Thanks for looking.
Jim

RS Geoff was looking for a Grey 7 a while back. Isn’t this colour Eissen Grey?

Thanks Mita.

The GT-A came in 'Queens Silver' from what I remember.

The Essien Grey was less 'metalic' and darker from memory

The tyres in the pics are not the PS4's.

The tyres in the pics are 215/45/17

The PS4's are 235/45/17 and look much better (i'm not a fan of the stretched look)
