these are great turbos.
i will have some incar footage at end of feb of my car with a 2.4 stroker and a 8374 .

how do the yanks measure their torque? is it at the wheels?

They measure everything 'at the wheels'. Numbers match UK's crank numbers though.

It's at the wheels but it also depends on the dyno. The one used here was dynojet which reads about 10-15% (estimate) higher than dynodynamics.
