What's the max boost from the SC before the turbo properly gets going? Does the SC shut down around 4000rpm?

There is no way thats on stock port with +2mm inlets and +1mm exhaust.
Like others have said, I would of expected that torque curve to of covered alot more area to the left of the graph than it is.

I think its going to be awesome, the charger purely takes the initial lag away to give good amount of grunt off the line. For the hill climb purpose that the car is built for I think it’s the perfect set up.

Good luck with your setup. I've very keen to see how long these engines can be raced for. I'm not confident the setup can last too long before cooling becomes an issue but I hope I'm proved wrong. Thanks for postings and I wish you well with it. It's certainly interesting.

after a long winded await for the car to be shipped back to Guernsey it finally arrived today. went out for a quick drive in it and to say i am impressed is an understatement.
i can just tinker around at the speed limit happily and the car doesn't complain, but as soon as you want the power and you plant the throttle down the supercharger engages and it is off like a rocket, never driven anything as insane as this. i would definitely recommend. Im off on holiday for a couple of weeks from saturday but ill be sure to get some videos of the car when i get back. Also have a National hill climb event locally in mid July so will have the Go pro set up for that too. |

Did my first event in the car on saturday. It's quite a handful to say the least, i was running the car on mid map setting. Couldn't string a great run together but managed to get within 400th of the current record.
