OEM Throttle body rebuild

Need a bit of advice I did a boost leak test on my fq320 and found a few small leaks on the joints of the hks piping ,so moved the clips tighten everything up now the joints are all ok including the BOV but air is ****ing from the throttle body now
The reason i did the test is because i knew this is a common fault ,anyhow got the seal kit ordered including the shaft seals and hopefully i will have it tomorrow.
Just wanted to know as long as i take my time and mark everything on the throttle body and bolt back on again will it need set up with evoscan ,i was told it would be fine no need to check ,the car has been running ok but the throttle stuck open a couple of times so i assume this is because of the boost leak.

Let me know your thoughts please?
