Hazard relay

Can anyone tell me the location of the flasher relay

i have a 2009 lancer sportback 2.0 DID

I may be wrong but I think that’s controlled by the ETACS so doesn’t have a separate relay.

Please forgive my ignorance

Is the ETACS a replacement part , can i fit it myself or does it need to be connected to diagnostic to be reset ???

It is a replacement part yes, if it is malfunctioning, it can be repaired depending what has failed on the circuitry, but it is better to replace the whole unit with a functioning one. It cannot be reset.
