Evo 6 Slow Fuel Fill

I've recently had my fuel tank refurbished due to internal corrosion. When it came to reinstalling the tank, as a precaution I had them fit a new OE filler neck, which I sourced & supplied.

Ever since fitting the tank its now painfully slow to fill the tank, the fuel keeps backing up, on average it take me about 10 minutes to fill it!

Any thoughts before I go to the expense and inconvenience of removing the tank again?

Thanks...

Breather hose properly connected, could be kinked or just blocked off?

It certainly feels like a breather issue to me. I'm taking the car to Matthew at MG Motorsport (they didn't do the initial installation) in the next couple of weeks, I'll ask him to have a look.

Thanks...
