Evo 6 rear bumper removal

Stupidly reversed my car thinking the bumper would clear a kerb and it didn’t . It ripped a rear mud flap off which in turn pulled the inner arch clips out and then dropped the bumper where it meets the arch trim by 8mm.

I’m thinking it’s the bumper off to fix the arch trim and the gap or is there an easier fix?

Me personally I would take the bumper off. Just for access.

Not difficult to do and should make it easier to line it all back up
Boys never grow up, they just get older and their toys get more expensive, but don't tell the wife that!!
