Evo 6 rs advice needed

I'm thinking of transfering all my modifications onto an rs body, and have been on the look out for 6 rs's.

I've found a decent one here...

but I was wondering if someone could clarify the spec of this rs as I did notice its equiped with smaller brakes.

all rs come with the gravel spec breaks unless you asked for the higher spec breaks

wont cost much to upgrade the brakes if you buy the bits off here
