Help Needed...

Hey guys,

Was trying to wire up the horn on an aftermarket steering wheel and i might have touched the white plug in the pic below. Does anyone know what the plug does as the car wont start anymore. A fuse also blew that controls the cabin lights. Maybe it has something to do with the wires that were cut when the car was stolen a few months back, that can also be seen in the photos. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
