Cheers bud, I bought it as stop gap until I could afford a 911. Now I can afford the 911 but I prefer the Evo.... go figure. So much fun driving around the highlands

About 15 years ago, I swapped a (classic - A reg) 911 turbo, wide body, red, whale tail, Ruff alloys, etc for my evo 5. Never looked back.......until I recently found out what a tidy classic 911 turbo is worth now

Porsche was amazing, ok dated, but it still felt like a super car, I wish I could have kept it for a sunny day car, but I couldnt. As a daily, I soon grew to hate it rain - be very careful, ice - forget it

I went from a pulsar gtir, porsche then evo5 (accidentally, i was meant to by a R32 Skyline), when I had the Porsche I soon missed the Pulsar, once I got the Evo 5, I never looked back

Hindsight is such a wonderful thing! If I bought three more properties at the price I bought my first home I'd be able to afford a fleet of Evos lol

Bought my V with one previous owner in April 1999. Love at first drive... couldn't wait for a new VI. So much better than the Porsches I'd been driving.
