New EVO 9 FQ-320 Owner

Hi Everyone,

Thought I would say hello!
So, I joined here end of last year with the intention of finally buying an EVO FQ after selling my E46 M3 after three months! I had no luck on here so decided to give PH and eBay a try. After going to see a few and travelling hundreds of miles only to be let down with bad examples, I decided it was not my time and went back to the car I have had pretty much all my life…Honda’s!
I am very OCD with my cars, a lot of owners told me I was looking at the wrong car with some of the little niggles I would point out lol, I can’t help it.
Anyway, here are some pictures of my old car’s before I get onto my new EVO

CRX

EP3

E46 M3

DC5

After spending thousands on the DC5, I thought it was time to either go the turbo route or move onto the car I have wanted for a long time now…
Sold the DC5 after 6 months and started the hunt for my new car. Initially had a budget of 15k but after seeing a few I thought it was back to the same situation again so increased to 18k, this time, my next car was definitely going to be an EVO.
Went to see a few more over the next few weeks, Warrington, Manchester, Birmingham, Derby, Barnsley and even Bristol! I just couldn’t find the right one…
Then a few weeks later I found the perfect one and went to see it straight away, I was happy with everything, couldn’t fault it so paid up and drove back home with a huge smile on my face!
Anyway, here are some pics for anyone interested

Nice car I like the red front Mitsubishi badge! Previous Mlr owner by the looks of it? Would benefit from better wheels and maybe a Mitsubishi diamond on the back.

Great car, great colour, I had a Honda EP3, which I spent thousands on, I had loads of fun in it, it was like a Go-cart and handled really well, never underrate a well modified Honda. Good luck with your new car, I hope you don't get the tuning bug to badly, as I always do.

I agree mate, EP3's are good fun once tuned, LSD makes the biggest difference! TDi North did most of the work on mine. DC5 is still better though
However, EVO is on a whole new level compared to anything i have ever driven
