Hi all
Just recived my new ralliart rear bushes for the control arm and trailing arms All the bushes have a paint dot on them and i assume these are locating marks Anyone know the correct way to install as far as orientation in the bush housing |

Not for orientation, the dot is for identifying it as a Ralliart bush.

Sorry to bump this thread back up, but does the "yellow dot orientation doesn't matter" applies to all bushes? After seeing the following picture I am not sure:

I put 4 of these in the diff bars for someone the other week
They are a solid rubber bush so pls someone tell me what difference it makes which way they go I kind of thought about this for a while and I admit I did ask someone else who is a lot smarter than me if that was the case. Last edited by Dave-Cee; 12-10-2020 at 22:53.. |

Quote:
1) They might have different kind of rubber within the same bush 2) They might be empty in places underneath the first layer of solid rubber Not saying that's the case, but bushes can be much more complicated than what they look like initially. |
