Speedo not working and dash warning lights dim!
Hi guys,
I'm new to the Evo scene, i've got a 2007 Evo 9 and most of the time the mph gauge doesn't work, then randomly it might decide to work, but not very often. Also, the EML and ABS light are both slightly lit up, they are on but very dim, again randomly they will go out, and other times they will remain dim. Anyone know if these are linked problems and any ideas where i might start to look to rectify these issues, or are the clusters a common problem? Many thanks Pav |

Seems like an electrical issue...grounding, possibly? Did this start occuring after some service work? Electrical challenges are not my favorite.

Hi guys, just on the subject of electrical issues, i have a big drain on my battery, think its the triple defi gauges below the radio as the oil temp gauge flickers all the time even with the ignition off. Are there any good evo electricians around as it seems most specialise on the mechanical things? Yorkshire / derbyshire area?
cheers, Lee |

Hi Tim M, i couldn't comment unfortunately, i've only recently bought the car and noticed it afterwards.
I don't have any drivability issues, going to see Mark over @ MA Developments tomorrow, hopefully he can solve it! |
