The only way I can think it works for us taking part in the Autodrome is that the Employer is the driver/main contact and the employee is any passengers

Real shame that Ian but like you say this event clashes with so much else going on that weekend. I'm struggling with organising this one due to extra security protocols that are now enforced

I am unaware of any limits of if we are near that limit but I doubt it. Cut off for sending your application form is not till mid June so you have not missed out

There is some confusion of the next steps after the application form. You have to enter details plus a photo into a portal that the organisers have set up, which is linked in an email you should receive after your application form has been processed.

Well I have filled out the extra security details in the portal, which in all honestly was quite simple. I clicked on the register person link in the portal and filled out my details. Did the same for my son. For the photo I took a selfie with my mobile phone trying to do the neutral passport style expression and uploaded it via the browse function. I clicked on the register vehicle link to register the car.

Kept getting a invalid message after filling out some blocks but it completed successfully so don't know what that was about.

After completing the main portal page looked like the below photo (personal details I have painted over). Hope this helps.

I've done the Registration Portal and think its correct,its the Administration Portal I can't work out.

Plus on the Registration Portal Ive got black X where proof of ID and Address are.

Hi Andy,

Sorry for the late reply. Had a nightmare on holiday but back in the UK now. By chance we all arrived at the roughly same time last year. I plan to get there at 6am. Gate G car park is on grass but ok for driving on and is small and quiet so shouldn't miss each other. Can meet there at 6am if you like?

Sadly I cannot make this now as the Mrs is going in hospital the day before to get her leg/ankle operated on after her fall. Been waiting for a over a week to get a date for the operation. Bloody typical
