What android obd apps do people use?

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone has any useful phone apps they use with their car? I think many moons ago I read about the torque app?? Is it any good with useful features? Would I need an obd bluetooth adapter for any apps? Any info appreciated

Thanks

Torque is good, I run it on a Bluetooth OBD adapter to a nexus 7, all the dials gauges AFR etc, boost the lot.

Well worth the money.
The Bluetooth dingle berry was only £5 of flebay

Hi there mostly I use Car Scanner ELM OBD2 and it's absolutely free and you can download this from play store.

Torque Pro is probably your best bet, although pls note that the AFR values you are reading are not correct and also for SST owners it won't show correct transmission temp. You need rax patch enabled on your tune and torque pro add-ins to read those correctly.

I opted for a different solution and I'm using Autosport Labs RaceCapture/Track.

I use one called car scanner, I prefer the design to torque which I find to look a little dated, though that may be cause I'm not much of a fan of skeuomorphism

I'm doing my project on Consumer Electronics and need some feedback from the users of the most popular Android obd apps. My questionnaire is not ready yet, but I would like to know if there are any users who could help me answer a couple of questions, when it's finished. I domyhomeworkonline for college on Android-based vehicle diagnostic.
Hi,
I prefer Carly for my BMW, but they say that Torque is rather good too.

I'm not a Bot but I think one replied to me in the tech section asking about OBD tools.

I tried Carly on a Lexus rx350, it didnt find any historic codes despite going into limp mode.

That's exactly what a bot would say!
