Unhappy Knocking noise

Was out in the car earlier and can hear a knocking noise front passenger side

The knock increases with rotational speed
Also more prominent with left hand down tuns will make the noise when on straight/ish roads just not as pronounced

Ohlins dfv coilovers
Pollybushed throughout
track rod ends and drop links approx 2 years old as are bushes and ohlins

I am thinking cv joint but unsure as i got back when it was dark

have a track day in a couple of weeks so would really appreciate somewhere to start looking.

Worth checking wheel nuts and giving the drive shaft a tug - usually easy to tell if that's worn. GL

So after searching through the mlr archives i am back at my original post from almost a year to the day.

Still never got to the bottom of this changed front hubs and checked the driveshaft, even replaced with a 2nd hand shaft from Gaz2053 that was completely f****ed

I was thinking diff bolts but they only seem to be an issue while turning not going straight and or turning

Have a knocking from the front drivers side. Am in the process of replacing the steering rack bushing You have stated that you polybushed throughout - did you do teh steering rack bush?

(not saying it's the cause and not saying it will resolve my knock but I think it's often overlooked - I have replaced my shocks (new Bilstein B6's) top mounts, drop links, ball joints, bearings, inner rods, rod ends, ARB bushings and all front lower arm bushings but the knock is still there. The only other things I can think of are mounts and steering rack bushings (had the diff bolts also checked)

Hope you get sorted. Will update when I change the steering rack bushing next week.
