Hello,
I do still have the car.
I haven’t used it much over the last few months.
It’s now developed a slight oil consumption.
1/2 litre every 3-400 miles. I’ve done a compression test and have 8 bar hot, on all cylinders. A couple of drops of oil brings it up to 10.5 bar.
It was built by the “experts” in wales which I’ve learnt the hard way not to trust.
It still drives ok.
If anyone’s interested im open to offers.
If not I’ll sort it out and keep it.

The value depends on what's wrong with it - I am interested but not if it's got a world of trouble coming with it.

that oil consumption doesnt sound too drastic in terms of whats acceptable on a forged motor. up to a litre per thousand miles isnt unheard of. is this consumption recently arisen?
