I have heard about pad deposit issues on another...

I have heard about pad deposit issues on another platform where ds2500 was actually used on some racing cup (Seat something IIRC)..

As for the evo I did buy a few thousand mile old set of DBA 5000...

a 3 inch exhaust from the turbo (meaning larger downpipe and the rest of the systerm) would be a better idea... If you want to keep the cat then something like a 200 cel metal cat would work well...

if you use the brakes properly from time to time, even XP's dont squeal. Mine were quiet unless I drove the car slowly in the city for a week or two and then they would start squealing at very low...

yes, you can uplug it. No issues when driving apart from the error message and worse handling. However, you might get a permanent error for which you will need to visit the dealer to clear later..

manifold is larger than head ports so no need to work there... what can be done is port match on the manifold to turbo side, but there you really should work both on the manifold and turbine exhaust...

On the stuff I design myself I use Fluro bearings, and their motorsport line and that has served me well

for ACD and AYC you need the same inputs... Steering wheel angle, handbrake switch, each individual ABS sensor, lateral and longitudinal G... probably brake pedal switch too but i dont remember...

As for the ACD/AYC system... for ACD to work, you really need the raw ABS sensor signal from each wheel......

yeah, a 9 with 272 cams will idle like stock provided it is on speed density... I built one with hks turbo and GSC S2 cams.. idles at 950 rpm and 14.7 AFR no problem..
