Hawk HP+ will struggle on a Evo used hard on track, they are more of a fast road/sprint type pad, CL RC6 should be ok but there are better available like Pagid RS and Carbotech XP etc :)

ABS block/module is a separate unit between master cylinder and calipers, it has solenoids and valves etc inside which are controlled by the ABS ecu/wheel speed sensors etc, air can get in there...
