The 5x6m "shed" was about 3.5k delivered and built up IIRC so really inexpensive. At the time it was only temporary as we were thinking of moving, however plans changed :wallbang:

Clutch is often the cause. Some twin plates do this all the time but otherwise could be broken/loose springs or as you say the release bearing.
