well the caliper is helicoiled up and the first test of fitting a bleed screw works well. now just need to ensure its fluid tight.
think ill try and see how well it holds up to compressed air first.

I helicoiled a thread on a previous calliper on my pulsar and was fine.
If you read up about it helicoils are meant to be as strong if not stronger than a standard thread.
