Yes there is but on the SRS plug there are 4 holes you can potentially put the resistor ends into. If they arenít in the right ones then it could be the reason the light is still on.

Make sure the resistor is pushed into the right terminals as iirc thereís four on the plug and itís easy to get them mixed up.
