going by how the cars driving it sounds like you have a stuck directional valve on the ayc pump, and its not releasing the pressure as quick as it should causing the left side to lock on

so if evo scan doesnt connect now it wont with the other engine ecu in it

buy a bleed box from evolution hydraulics job done
