I just sold my unused 7670 so only have the 8374 now. Iím also prepared with a Squash Double Pumper with 2x 450 pumps. Will hopefully be suffice on pump fuel.

Yes, apparently the standard washers can dig in so using larger washers and increasing surface area will help relieve the issue of lifting the head. I got mine from Andrew B on here.

Grants probably knows the answer to this but how was ALS done...

Now I think about it at idle that makes sense as it’s not the throttle that’s being bypassed it’s pretty much the whole engine. Are you logging turbo speeds at all?
