GTX4088R looks good on paper especially the compressor map but the exhaust wheel is very old technology and will be fairly laggy. Mark knows his twin scroll efr turbos and i'm sure his recommendation...

Twin scroll is holding back the power, also the cams are not ideal . For 700-750 i'd be looking at a single scroll 6466 with decent cams.
Too much power for the road in any case.

Yep drill out the hubs to fit the bigger bolts and then you need a spacer/adapter kit which you can get from Ross-sport or make your own.
