Your target AFR at that point is 11.83:1 so you've definitely got some fuelling issues there.

The o-ring is the only means of sealing that port so if it's perished it's going to leak.

I'd just remove that part of the TB and measure...

I think I'm going to swap the carbon-effect interior bits back to standard - personal preference - and fit a standard thermostat as well as it doesn't get above...
