Induction kit or high flow filter?

Is there any noticeable difference in using a HKS induction kit (dome type) over a high flow panel filter? I only ask as I have an induction Kit but think the constant sound of the dump valve can get...

Yeah the breakers were offering genuine carbon inserts, but i think thats a little over priced.
ive seen rexpeed do LHD real carbon ones for about £150, so theres gotta be someone who will do RHD...
