Your tuner will have to change ECU anyway as part of the remapping process to an Evo V to VII ECU if you're remaining with the 'stock' ECU.

You typically don't need all those features I mentioned....

With high lift cams you need to richen the idle mixture and increase the idle RPM to at least 1000RPM.

You might need to readjust the SAS screw/throttle stop as well.
