Evo VI RS - Sprint / Hill Climb spec
After owning evo's for more than a decade I'm contemplating selling up and letting go of my much loved VI RS.



The car is well known on the forum its history is well documented on here. The car has had 4 previous owners - 2 of which MLR members (3 if you include me). I bought the car as a rolling shell from TomCI and Tom bought the shell from [email protected] (aka Madmat).

As a near-standard car, Madmat piloted the car to win Class A championship of the MLRSS. Discontent leaving it there - MG Autos started development work turning the car into a sprint weapon.

As Mat finished the shell, Tom contacted Mat and purchased the shell from him. Tom had NR Autosport build up the car and he ran it briefly competing in Sprints and Hill Climbs in Jersey.

I bought the car off Tom as a rolling shell and MG Autos built the car for me to the spec it is today.

As you can see from that thread MG worked on the car for me from Dec 15 to Aug 17. Since then I've barely used the car with a half day on track at Cadwell, a sprint (also at Cadwell).

Power is 560bhp with 477ft.lbs of torque when run at 2 bar on Vpower. Weight is <1180kg.

The car is road legal but as you can see it's more of a race car - perfect for sprint, hill climb, Time Attack or even track days.
Mileage on shell/paperwork a tad over 40K (obviously much less on the parts).
MOT can be arranged if required.
V5 in hand plus I've a folder full of receipts and paperwork.

A hell of a lot of car for the money TBH. A sprinters/hillclimbers dream. I remember seeing this living at NR. GLWTS.

Itís a shame to see your selling up... Iíve seen the car in person last year at MG Autos, what a fantastic build, attention to detail is like no other. Not to mention how clean the car is too. GLWTS Karl. [emoji1303]
