ABS fault? - Evo 4-9 ABS rings now available

Evo 4-9 ABS rings now available

Do you have a ABS light on your dash? - A very common problem is that the trigger wheel/ABS ring on the end of the drive shafts crack causing a faulty reading.

We now can supply Evo 4-9 front and rear ABS rings for just 29.00 each delivered, a cheaper alternative to buying a complete drive shaft.

Chris do you stock the front rings for an 04 VIII fq260? Every listing I find is for the wrong size rings, Mine are 43 tooth, 60mm inner 80mm outer and 7mm thick.

Cheers
Steve.

would that cause an intermittent abs fault light?

Hi ,my abs light comes on sparodically ,also feel a pulsing at slow braking speeds, on the brake pedal, could that be a symptom of this?

Yes! And gets worse as the gap in the ABS ring gets bigger

Flash out the stored fault code, that narrows it down to which corner, then start investigating, look at the ring, is it tight on the shaft (cant move it) any sign of cracks, teeth missing, or even chunks missing off teeth

Look at the sensor, follow it back to its connector, open that up and make sure the connection is good and clean. If the ring is good, its likely the sensor
