Mitsubishi din triple gauge set - Fitting kit for Oil temp?

As the time says looking to get the oil temp gauge hooked up in my car the oil gauge is part of the Mitsubishi triple din gauge set that came in IX 360.

I'll need a temp sensor i'm guessing and just some wire, thing is there is 2 wires that come from the gauge for sensors... So does that mean I need two sensors?

Any traders have any kits or point me in right direction of anything they have in stock that will do?

Yes mate you need the original oil temp sensor very hard to get.
I had to buy another complete set just for this.

Does the original temp sensor "feed" both sensor cables?

Yes it comes with a plug on the end of two wires that then goes into the wiring , mine was just faulty so just changed it over .

Me too.. My oil sensor lit up and never moved last night.. Not sure if wiring or actual gauge..

What I found wasn't the sensor.... Still trying to get this gauge working!

Have the same problem. The Oil temp gauge seems to be a particularly sensitive unit.
You can get an entire meter kit from Mitsubishiparts.net here :
http://www.mitsubishiparts.net/catalog/?section=501

but that will set you back a lot of cash :(

Sensor and gauge are matched units , they are celibrated together.

Sometimes all you have to do is unplug/plug the wiring or even tap on the meter to get it working.
