ND are the world leading 4G63 dry sump kit supplier, NO ONE else has sold as many to the fastest Evo race cars on the planet!

We have been developing a ND dry sump kit for the past 5 months with the best in the business "Titan Motorsport", anyone who knows these guys will be familiar with their quality.

This is the best kit on the market bar none, not quite the cheapest but priced very well indeed.

Full details/advantages over competition/kit contents will be released very very soon but for now the retail price for current VERSION 3 is £2249 + Vat and a picture attached to wet appetites!

Any enquiry should be made to me directly please, by PM, email or phone.

I have 20 kits due to be delivered within the week and another 20 coming shortly afterwards. Many have been pre-sold already.

These are totally ESSENTIAL on anything running good tyres and has 1G or more through right hand bends. The way to justify this to yourself is..........."Do you want to buy the dry sump kit now while your engine is healthy, or have to pay for a new engine and a dry sump kit later?" It really is that simple, there is NO WAY of solving the evo 4-9 right hand oil surge issue without a dry sump. We have tried every option from the simple to ridiculous, nothing else works!

Cheers

Simon :D

Some of the benefits and another pic! ;)

1) Oil pump rated to the correct rpm for high power high revving engines
2) Starter motor area clearance correct
3) Fits straight on with ARP main stud kit, no grinding required
4) Extra downpipe clearance over other kits
5) Fits with later Evo 8 onwards crank pulley
6) Std front cover timing curvature profile and perfect fit on std lower covers
7) Re-designed CNC front cover to replace existing oil pump with correctly specced bearing
8) Totally new CNC oil pump idler pulley, don't have to use std item
9) Kit comes with remote oil filter housing and fittings unlike other kits
10) AN type screw fittings on sump not hose clip style fittings

We have invested over £50,000 in this project as I know the importance of such a lubrication system. Trade enquiries welcome also!

Call for details!

Thanks for the questions guys!

evo 4 me - A dry sump system is where the oil is stored in an external tank rather than in the sump, it also features an external oil pump to take care of the scavenge and feed of oil to and from the engine. The Evo 4 -9 suffer from MAJOR surge and aeration of the oil on right hand corners leading to total engine failure, this system stops that. The Evo X may very well need a dry sump also but as we do very very few of these its not an area we have looked at so far. Hope that helps?

Thanks Deano! :)

jack1 - Price is at the top of the page, first post £2095 + Vat, there are some "deals" to be had on pre-orders though. Also anyone who competes in AAA saloons and/or Time Attack will be given some discount!

Good man Martin! Keep the drivetrain in the car first eh! ;)

4B11T - We believe this to be the BEST kit on the market prodcued by the most experienced 4G63 tuner in Europe (Us of course, he he) and the best dry sump manufacturer. If you look at post two you will see "some" of the advantages over other kits. You can buy one tomorrow if you wish but delivery will be approx 1 week, your choice of course! :)

Cheers Robin, have been really excited about this for ages now! :D

Cheers all

4B11T - In addition the AMS dry sump system DOES NOT come with a CNC front cover so the issue with std oil pump drive bearing is always going to be evident. ONLY the New ND/Titan kit and the new style Pace kit overcome this with a "nicely made" OE quality and better CNC front cover. Based on that the only two kits which I feel are suitable are these.

Also the USA based kits are VERY expensive! Its not very often we get cheaper products than the yanks eh! Lol ;-)

Cheers

Hi Simon

since you've taken a few of Gary's kit and now have your own, where do the differences lie? Be interested to hear if any tweaks are there.

For everyone else - these things are essential if you start running 255+ semi slicks on track, full slicks or tracks with big right handers - snetterton for example. I've had Gary's (APT) kit on my car since March running 285 profile tyres, its nice to know the engine isn't going to run dry :)

mine's the orange evo in the current MLR magazine....

I have looked and read about both the Pace/Norris kit and see little difference. The Magnus kit however does have some rather neat solutions to evident problems that the Norris and Pace kits don't identify. Guess there is more than one way to tackle the task....

Sorry for the delay guys, have had some time off!

Ant - Its only a little bit but it all helps! lol!

Grant - Oi....shut it.....you're never happy anyway! ;)

Titan - Some of the benefits are listed in my previous post, plus you get a 12 month parts warranty on the kit. However if its installed incorrectly/not as per our instructions then no engine liability is implied under that warranty. Your car looks SUPERB by the way! :)

4B11T - Ok lets start a discussion on what other "evdent problems" are not tackled by our kit/Pace kit. As I don't agree with some of the conclusions Marco has come to on his page regarding the Magnus dry sump kit solution.

Plus of course his kit is waaaaaay more expensive than the ND and Pace kit.

Cheers

p.s. Sold/reserved 14 of these kits now so if you're interested then give me a call, PM or email me. The first batch of 20 isn't going to last long!!!

Selling like hotcakes! :)

Yep I sure do....just doing the ancillary price list as we speak actually. We do a generic one and a custom one (same basic design) which fits behind/under the o/s headlight on a Evo 789.
