Swapping RC1000s to ID1000s

Im swapping my RC1000 injectors to ID1000s, I gather that this will be fine with my current map and scaling?

No you'll have to adjust your scaling and latency to suite... logging fuel trims to make sure it's spot on.

It needs a map tweek anyway as fitted a ross sport 3076HTA turbo kit but got to fit a new clutch first, i was going to fit injectors tomorrow but wont bother if thats the case.

Fit them when it gets mapped mate.

I have plug n play adaptors and iv a spare injector resistor iv joined the wires together.

The ID are quite a bit different, fit when mapping :)

IDs are better injectors

Check the elecrical Resistance/impedance of the Injectors

you will most likley have the remove the injector Resistor pack for the ID1000

And then get the mapp tweeked to suit
