Stainless Exhausts for EVOs 7-9 *UK MADE!*

Hi Guys,
We have been working with a UK Manufacturer of exhausts for some time now to make us some nice systems for the EVOs.
These exhausts have been made for some years, but sold under a different name that I cannot divulge

They are HAND MADE in the UK by a fully coded craftsman. The TIG welds are fully penetrated and beutiful quality. The Material is high-grade Stainless Steel and comes with a 2 year warranty against cracking.

They come as standard with the Tail Pipe Silencer and one other silencer further back in the system. They will pass track day sound tests like this and will make approximately 97db on the 4500RPM test.

The main pipework is a brushed finish and the back box is highly polished. Burnt tip is not current.

This is a 3" system and comes in 5 flavours:
1) Cat back with Polished Tip tail trim - £359
2) Cat back with Decat pipe - £399
3) Cat back with 200 cell Sports Cat - £599
4) Cat back with silenced Decat pipe - £509 (perfect for quiet housing estates, strokers with big turbos wanting to do very quiet track days etc)
5) Cat back LOUD system - £379

These are INTRODUCTORY Prices and represent a 10% discount.

Initially for the EVO 7/8/9, but the 4/5/6 system is being made as we speak and I will test one on our "mule".

If someone would like to try a the Decat system as pictured above we can give an EXTRA introductory discount on the first system sold in exchange for some feedback and a review on here

The 6 system is about 10 days away.
Downpipes - it's difficult to compete with the Japspeed downpipe to be honest. They are very cheap and work pretty well.
So we weren't planning to do downpipes, unless people are willing to pay a bit more for them?

Pay a bit more , as long as they are a direct fit not like the Japspeed which are hit and miss.

I'll look into pricing on these. I'm pretty sure the jig is there anyhow.

Interesting

Good price, nice looking kit

I'm sure my 2.75" Super Dragger will be restricting my 590 raging horses (when the car works ), but I've kept it on the car as passing noise tests with it and a custom designed (by my brother!) decat silencer has been easy - it gets 87-90 dbs at Combe, depending on which guy does the test. Drive by is a tad noisier though

The exhaust is high on my priority list when the engine goes back in, as that combined with the AMS VSR and Boomba throttle body should see a nice increase in gas flow

I'll be in touch about this along with the other bits we've already talked about

Grant, can your exhaust man do custom work?

And do you know anyone who can do good, neat (i.e. not lobster back style) hard pipes? Need one 3" pipe made to run from my IC to the TB inc a Tial Bov flange.

Must stop looking in your trader room

Si,
Yes, we can get custom done.
We are working on a 3.5" system for my 4
The 3" system (this exact system) has been proven on other cars at over 650hp.
Over that a 3.5" system is recommended.

Usually he would build the 3.5" on the car, but we are looking to jig one off so we can do them mail order!

Hard pipes - I know just the man... And so do you Nigel does this man's computers for him and he's in Yeovil!
